Clients who bring me tax and wealth matters, often involving their personal assets, their residence or the future of their business, expect the professional relationship to stay confidential. For this reason I do not publish any information that could identify my clients. What I can describe is who I work with.<\/p>\n<h2>Who I work with<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>High-net-worth individuals (HNWI):<\/strong> taxation of investments and foreign income, foreign asset reporting and wealth planning.<\/li>\n<li><strong>HNWI and entrepreneurs moving to or leaving Italy, including to and from the United Arab Emirates:<\/strong> tax residence, the Italian new-resident regime (art. 24-bis TUIR), the impatriate regime and double tax treaties.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Entrepreneurs and their companies:<\/strong> generational transfer, family holding companies and reorganisation of shareholdings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trustees, family offices and foundations:<\/strong> taxation of Italian and foreign trusts and foundations and of their beneficiaries.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Italian and foreign groups and holding companies:<\/strong> cross-border structures, dividends and capital gains (PEX), permanent establishment and extraordinary transactions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Companies with intra-group transactions:<\/strong> transfer pricing and its documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Why I do not publish client names<\/h2>\n<p>Information entrusted to me by clients is protected by professional secrecy (art. 622 of the Italian Criminal Code) and by the Code of Ethics of the Italian accounting profession (Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili). Confidentiality also covers the client&#8217;s name and the very existence of an engagement.
